Earth’s Hidden Treasures® is a mineral, fossil and meteorite business that began in 1994, in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. It grew out of a passion to collect rocks, minerals and fossils - ‘hidden treasures’ - that nature has produced in an amazing array of formations, colors, shapes and sizes. When we moved to Illinois in 2002, our business came with us. We continuously seek out the most reasonably priced, quality specimens for our customers. We have over 1,000 specimens at each of the two antique malls (East State Antique Mall in Rockford & Volo Antique Mall in Volo) in northern Illinois. We participate annually as vendors in several Rock and Gem shows in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin, and now offer our quality specimens for sale online. We have over 100,000 specimens, most priced under $50.

These combination specimens look so showy. This piece that is covered by Chalcopyrite with Dolomite on limestone with minor Galena. Chalcopyrite a yellow crystalline mineral consisting of a sulfide of copper and iron. It is the principal ore of copper. This is part of a large lot that I bought back in 2014 at a great price. This piece was buried in storage with several other flats and will likely sell quickly at this price.
